Our German Bread

Our basic bread contains flour, yeast, salt, honey, and water, nothing else. It has a nice crust and a hearty core. If you prefer it to have a softer crust, just store it in a closed environment. It is a wholesome dish. You can enjoy it with a sweet or hearty topping. Our bread is either white wheat flour or whole wheat flour. The bread can be basic or, as I prefer it, contain almond pieces.
